I thought it was a really cool idea, and after going to their site I decided to set up a profile and fill out information for a few properties. It's still an early product so there was definitely some ambiguity in how to set it up, but after reaching out they were incredibly responsive and helped me get it set up in a few of my rentals within minutes. I have definitely seen the number of messages and pings I get from guests decrease, and they have commented on how useful it's been to have this sort of guestbook and guide right within the rental.
